Introducing the?Central States/Klett World Languages Grant for Project-Based Learning in World Language Education!
This Grant aims to promote and reward the best project-based learning initiatives: innovative and impactful projects that empower students to engage with language and culture while fostering global citizenship and sustainability.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants must be current World Language teachers employed at a school or institution within the Central States region. Additionally, the applicant’s state organization must be a member of the Central States Advisory Council.?
Application Details
Applicants must submit a project proposal that integrates PBL strategies into language teaching, outlining objectives, expected outcomes, and a detailed budget for the use of the grant.
How to Apply
To apply, teachers must complete the official online application form and submit it by January 15, 2025. Proposals should include a description of the PBL initiative (up to 1,000 words), a timeline, and optional supplementary materials such as lesson plans or student work samples.
