HUD just issued the FY '24 Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities (Capital Advance) NOFO. There's $106,000,000 available with grants to $5M to fund new housing developments. Section 811 grants are the best Federal funding source for developing long-term affordable housing for persons with disabilities, as the funded projects also get project-specific Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs).
