Grand opening of DL Invest Park S?dziszów built by DL Invest Group for SaarGummi

SaarGummi, a global supplier of parts for the automotive industry, today celebrates the opening of its new factory in S?dziszów Ma?opolski. DL Invest Park S?dziszów is a specialised warehousing and manufacturing facility with an expanded office area, developed by DL Invest Group in the build-to-suit formula, which provides the tenant with the opportunity to expand to nearly 50,000 sq m. A key role in the decision to work with SaarGummi was played by the comprehensive approach presented in DL Invest Group's business model. The tenant wanted to have a developer and a general contractor in one hand, who will also be the long-term owner of the facility. This allows for a flexible approach to the expected changes in the facility and efficient adaptation of production to changing trends in the tenant's market throughout the lease period.

DL Invest Group has experience in the implementation of specialised facilities for the automotive manufacturing sector acquired during successful cooperation with leading industry representatives such as Valeo and Hutchinson. In September last year, the cornerstone laying ceremony took place in S?dziszów Ma?opolski, with the participation of the investor and local authorities, and already at the beginning of May 2023, the DL Invest Park S?dziszów facility was handed over to tenants for use. Thanks to its competence and many years of experience as a general contractor and based on a team of highly qualified employees, DL Invest Group was able to deliver the facility in advance of the originally planned completion date while maintaining the highest quality and environmental standards. The facilities implemented by DL Invest Group are certified to the international BREEAM standard. The company attaches great importance to the sustainable approach of its investments, as evidenced by the introduced DL Green policy and ESG reporting.

DL Invest Park S?dziszów is an investment strategically located. Excellent communication of the facility is ensured by the A4 motorway junction in the immediate vicinity and the nearby junction on the DK94 route. The project is located in the heart of the region, within a 20-minute drive there are key centres such as Rzeszów or D?bica, which provide tenants with easy access to highly qualified engineers and specialists. The Subcarpathian region is still characterised by a high availability of production workers. For SaarGummi, S?dziszów Ma?opolski is securing a unique location combining the availability of engineering staff as well as production workers, which will enable the location of the production profile that the company currently carries out in neighbouring countries. Poland, as a new country on the Group's location map, will allow further diversification of operational activities.
