Grand Hyatt Hotel & Resort Construction Moves Forward

Construction of the proposed Grand Hyatt Resort Hotel in Seaside, California has been approved to move forward.?The hotel would include 330 guest rooms, a conference center with meeting rooms, restaurants, lobby bar, service kitchen, administrative offices, food and beverage, spa and fitness center, and service circulation areas.?The seven story hotel would also include an outdoor swimming pool adjacent to the hotel, 195,000 sf of guestrooms, 35,000 sf of meeting space, 14,000 sf of restaurants, 14,000 sf spa and fitness space and a large exterior courtyard.?The project is being developed by Seaside Peninsula Acquisition Group.?Adolfo Gonzales is the project manager with the city of Seaside.?EMC Planning Group is handing land development, Brian Murch with DLR Group is the project Architect.?A Sundt Construction of the general contractor.?????
