Delighted to graduate this month from Melbourne Law School’s Masters of Banking and Finance Law program. A fascinating research journey into the regulation of private debt funds that lend in Australia and Asia Pacific region.
Many questions examined: (i) How do we regulate non-bank lending in APAC? (ii) What is the role of private fund managers in this market? (iii) How might digital assets impact private debt markets? (iv) How can private debt support ‘green’ solutions?
