A Graduation, Awards Week & How to Build the World's 'Happiest Agency' | #8 Confessions of an Agency Owner

So that's it.. The LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Programme is officially over and I'm now an Alumni!

I'm not going to lie, the 6 weeks was quite tough, there was pressure to deliver every week with a number of tasks and themes we had to follow. But I managed to complete all the objectives and even record 5 podcasts during the programme. So I'd like to think I smashed it!

And on Thursday I headed into London to visit LinkedIn's HQ for a graduation party with all the other creators to celebrate. Along with meeting some of the other great creators, hearing from YouTuber Caspar Lee, Paul Carrick Brunson of Married at First Sight and the 2022 Apprentice winner Harpreet Kaur it was high fives and pats on the back all round washed down with a few drinks and snacks.

I'm incredibly proud to have been part of the programme and I guess the biggest thing I took from it was my new podcast.. ???

What's been going on at Honcho

On Wednesday the team headed into London for the UK Search Awards where we had 4 nominations for our clients John Lewis, Distrelec and Pentagon Motor Group.

Unfortunately we came away empty handed but the disappointment didn't last long as the very next evening we picked up a Global Digital PR Award for the most innovative campaign!
