GRC ORCODA Dragons successful maiden voyage at the 2022 QUT Dragon Boat Regatta

The GRC ORCODA Dragons took to the water on Sunday 28th August 2022 at New Farm Park in the 2022 澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学 Dragon Boat Regatta. Competing against 11 other QUT teams, the event saw the GRC ORCODA Dragons take out the first heat, place second in the next, securing a well-deserved spot in the grand final. Under grueling late afternoon conditions, the crew paddled like champions, and in a very tight race to the finish line, were crowned second runners up. To add to the excitement of the day, the crew won best dressed team, sporting a very coordinated and in-house designed uniform. A huge thank you to Orcoda Limited , for sponsoring us to claim this victory and to the amazing 18 person crew. As a result of the crew’s intense training and success on the day, the GRC ORCODA Dragons have been invited to participate in the Dragon Boat Queensland, Manly Regatta at Lake Kawana Bokarina on Sunday 27th November 2022.?
