Graduate Recruitment Officer

Scimitar Global Services Limited (SGSL) is seeking a smart and young graduate who wants to pursue a career in HR/Recruitment. This resource will join the HR department of SGSL and will grow competence to handle tasks which includes identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews with the team, filing paperwork and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. You will also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.

 Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Recruiter Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree and certificate in Human Resources. ( NYSC candidates can apply)
• Wants to pursue a Career in HR/Recruitment
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• You must be Computer literate with Microsoft of office suite especially in excel. This is a major requirement.
• 0 to 1 year Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Punctuality to work as you will be responsible for managing attendance of employees

 Location : GRA, Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration : SGSL Standard

Work Periods: Mondays to Fridays (7.30 am to 5 Pm)
