Junior Technical Program Manager/QA Analyst – Europe

Job Responsibilities:

Execute programs to scale Oracle DB across a global and vibrant community of customers, partners, and developers. Perform quality checks, improve, and maintain solution level workshops for product management across multiple disciplines. Assist in the execution of the Workshop Council for Cloud Platform and On-premises workshops. Deliver and maintain technical training content for customers, partners, and sales. Develop workshops for the Oracle Database Product Management team that align with standards and corporate messaging. Provide Level 1 customer support for the Oracle LiveLabs platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts. Proficiency in using Linux, GitHub, Markdown, and APEX. Proficiency in Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Demonstrated maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.

Additional Information:

Work involves some problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. You will be expected to gain competence in your area and acquire a higher-level understanding of your role, processes, and procedures. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area is required, with 0-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
