Grad to Director in under 4 years!

It gives me great pleasure to announce the promotion of Alexandra Baskerville from Principal Consultant to Director at RDW.

Alex joined us less than 4 years ago straight out of Edinburgh University. In the following years, Alex developed her research skills through working in our London based Research team before moving into Consultant and Principal Consultant roles. Her core focus has always been to execute and deliver our executive search and research services to Consulting and Advisory clients in Europe. In the last 12 months she has delivered Partner level hires throughout Europe and assisted clients with their business development plans across the region.

Alex's new role sees her take full responsibility for our business focusing on clients throughout Europe, including CEE and CIS. This rapid promotion is a great example of our policy of developing talent in-house, ensuring consistency and professionalism within all our team.
