Grace Tolentino with Bobby Joseph, Chairman of their family's major companies Skal- Makati, Ralph's Wines and Spirits, Wine Museum Hotel and Resto and Ton Ton's Thai Massage. Bobby is the consul to Latvia and a man who wears many hats but is most passionate about tourism.

He organized NAITAS (National Independent Travel Agencies) and Travel Cooperative Philippines so that all non-IATA members can be a part of a cooperative that caters and supports members of the travel business. Bobby is the president of SKAL MAKATI and organized SKAL Bacolod. SKAL is the biggest international organization of about 2,500 members all belonging to tourism and travel enterprises. Of late, he has been going around the country organizing students into a League of Tourism Students. To further enhance that, he has put together members of the academe especially deans and teachers and with this is the epiphany of Team Philippines, acronym for Tourism Educators and Movers Philippines Inc. Team Philippines is a non-stock, non-profit organization incorporated just last October 2008 conceptualized no less than by the indefatigable Bobby Joseph. Calling deans and members of the local academe to a forum, Bobby got a warm and encouraging response from schools specializing in tourism and hospitality.
