The G.R.A.C.E. Application: A Guide to Progression in 2024

True humility must reside in Leadership and rest in truthfulness. This means that a Leader should be transparent through showing both their strengths and weaknesses.? Servant Leaders set the standard. We are the example. Contrary to popular belief, people can feel when others are being disingenuous through seeing and sensing. In this, it's my belief that there has to be purity in conversation and deed within organizations that want growth and development. Why? Because employees need authenticity and humility - this creates a safe environment on which an inertia of growth precedence is created and nurtured through collaboration which births success into fruition.

Yielding to truthfulness produces commitment from your employees that will keep us (as Servant Leaders) forever indebted to our entire support system.

It's your employees' willingness to push forward past obstacles thereby giving it an extra effort to see that your business plans are going forth and your deadlines are being met while you sleep at night. - E. Nelson ?

Servant Leaders understand unification and dignity of each employee.? We are both culturally competent and emotionally intelligent. We are careful how we handle the people that encounter us and we aren't intimidated by others’ knowledge and expertise, we welcome it! We value interactions and foster collaboration as a catalyst that yields the common good for all people in all areas of our businesses.

This segues us gracefully into what I developed entitled: "The G.R.A.C.E. Application."

If you want your businesses to grow astronomically this year and beyond 2024 you should focus on applying these progressive thoughts.

GOD graciously allows our imperfections in efforts to groom us towards producing positive outcomes. Servant Leaders’ focus is geared to perfect the exercise of constructive criticism while simultaneously cultivating collective growth and development. We are willing to sit down with you and discuss the "hard" things.

We consciously reciprocate the act of grace-giving, that is, give grace and receive grace. Servant Leaders envelope a culture that appreciates weaknesses while working to transform them into strengths. We don’t ostracize nor demoralize others but we provide uplifting and encouragement, mentorship and motivation to our Teams by empowering them to reach their best selves.

Servant Leadership accepts that obstacles arise for personal and professional reasons. I’d like to think of it as essential for building both my brand and my business! Obstacles are a mode of transportation for the manifestation of miracles, signs and wonders to happen within your business – GOD uses them to expose His GLORY!? While we are in pursuit of resolutions, we are compelled to apply our FAITH. WE PRACTICE FAITH IN ACTION in every business venture!

Servant Leaders implement corporate prayer and other elements that draw employees' together to Christ.

We practice a term that I’ve created, “transmittable benevolence” that creates philanthropic efforts that prove their worth by penetrating socioeconomic measures of the triangle: time, talent and tithe at the (micro- and macro community levels). This method of thinking is geared towards making conscious contributions (tangible and intangible) imprints on others.

Nowadays, companies openly post their efforts of charitable giving on social media.? They funnel certain amounts of funding to major nonprofit organizations like The United Way and for major causes like cleaning up the oceans. Rarely does any company or person give to the smaller businesses that have a great cause, especially if they don’t have a 501 (c)(3).

What about the nonprofit organizations that cannot afford to spend monies on such formalities that are within our micro-communities? We should readily focus on helping where we’re able to see the efforts realized, outpoured.?In 2024, look for grassroots organizations. Share there!

“Servant Leadership envelopes contributing even when said “contribution” doesn’t return in the form of dollars and cents.” – E. Nelson

Finally, we embrace forward thinking while using the past as a navigation system. It’s with this moral compass that we avoid dead-ends.? As an example, we continuously learn which directions yield the best results by knowing when to take the highway (much riskier) as opposed to the street route (less risky).

It’s through our history that we establish an exponential gain, making leaps and breaking boundaries of fixed mindsets. Servant Leadership pivots to realize the strength in growth fusing and fueling deeper engagement and community; this engagement revolutionizes us by creating stronger connections.

Forward Focus of Servant Leadership: Banding together communities that care about ALL people’s success – a culture introducing the formation of interactive strategic moves that abolish generational disparities and lower wage gaps.
