1 年When rolling out a game-changing it is incredibly important to be able to easily roll it out to teams at the ground level (aka customer-facing) - it has to be super easy to use. Watching and then re-watching a 5-minute explainer video on the GPT Assistant feature made me confident to use it, introduce it to others, and interact with real customers.
