Dr Maloney's Contributions To Our Healthcare System During the Covid 19 Pandemic:

Once again, Governor Cuomo takes Dr Maloney’s advice during the covid-19 pandemic. Since August, Dr Maloney has recommended to Gov Cuomo that he set up drive through centers in order to vaccinate the masses in a short period of time and Gov Cuomo has finally tOOK Dr Maloney’s advice on that, AND THEN QUICKLY CANCELLED THIS, AGAIN AT DR MALONEY'S ADVICE THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN WELL PLANNED OUT, AS DR MALONEY SUGGESTED IT BE, BACK IN AGUST.

As many of you know, when Gov Cuomo was about to send a van out to New Rochelle, NY at Dr Maloney’s advice and instructions to Gov Cuomo and numerous health commissioners throughout New York, drive through testing centers were set up instead and duplicated throughout the state at Dr Maloney’s advice as well. It was at Dr Maloney’s advice that Gov Cuomo create a coronavirus task force for New York State and have a physician present at his news conferences, after which he had Health Commissioner Howard Zucker often present. Although Dr Maloney recommended drive through testing and for mass vaccination, it was with the understanding that a detailed plan had to be laid out for both the safety of all volunteers and especially for those receiving the vaccine. As of tonight, he has written Gov Cuomo not to implement the mass administration of vaccines using drive throughs without a well thought out plan protecting each and every one of those receiving this vaccine, without exception. Dr Maloney has stated that receiving the vaccine is a personal choice and has not advised nor objected to anyone wanting this vaccine or refusing it.

Dr Maloney’s most important contribution throughout the pandemic has been Dr Maloney’s advice regarding treating this virus. For months, the entire medical community, including Dr Fauci, the President’s coronavirus task force, and the CDC warned every single doctor not to use steroids whatsoever to treat this virus, stating that steroids would decrease one’s ability to fight the virus by weakening our immune systems. While the entire community was following this advice without exception since February and the start of this pandemic, Dr Maloney vehemently disagreed and relentlessly wrote to and called numerous members of the coronavirus task force, the CDC, and Dr Fauci himself informing them that they were wrong. Contrary to what was being told, Dr Maloney explained in detail that steroids, on the contrary, if used short term in appropriate patients would not depress the immune system. Dr Maloney explained that steroids used long term depress the immune system, and not short term. Dr Maloney explained that steroids would stop the progression of the abnormal inflammatory destruction this virus was causing to organs, especially the lungs.

It was after approximately 5 months of Dr Maloney’s repeated advice with explanation that the medical community listened to him to the point where nearly every single hospitalized patient is being treated with steroids as per Dr Maloney’s advice with explanation. I can personally explain this to you all as not only have I read all of the articles Dr Maloney has published on these topics on the website LinkedIn, but I typed many of them as Dr Maloney dictated these articles. All of the above advice of Dr Maloney’s was implemented by the CDC throughout the country and especially in New York State.

And lastly, it was Dr Maloney, with a thorough medical explanation, who advised against the early use of ventilators on patients while Gov Cuomo was asking the federal government to supply NY with some 20,000-30,000 extra ventilators on hand without knowing the impact they had. As Gov Cuomo’s demands were being televised on a daily basis, placing hospitalized covid-19 patients on vents almost became the treatment of choice. Dr Maloney also published articles and wrote to the CDC etc advising against the use of ventilators with advice to continue other means of oxygenation until oxygen levels dropped to much lower levels than were previously used to determine intubating covid-19 patients and placing them on ventilators. At the same time Dr Maloney has advocated for a panel of medical experts and practicing physicians to be formed on a volunteer basis as an advisory board, one without government funding and therefore without political influence as a means of avoiding the daily barrage of completely different medical advice being given by 2 political parties and 2 well-known new stations with hopes of restoring the quality of America’s healthcare system to what it once was as being one of the best in the world in light of the fact that as of today, according to the World Health Organization as Dr Maloney has stated and published, America has now fallen to an all-time low in terms of quality healthcare compared to all other countries throughout the world.
