Government Solicitation Bid Package Mini-Course Wrap Up

Government Solicitation Bid Package Mini-Course Wrap Up

I have a quick one today to wrap up mini-course on Government Solicitation Bid Packages...

Many federal proposals incorporate standard forms and other licensing requirements as proof of capabilities. The first thing to check within the proposal requirements is to ensure whether the additional information is to be included as addendums and if so, is included in the specified page count for the response. Here are some of the items that may be required and included in the addendum.

  • Any addendums announcing changes in the proposal requirements issued after the initial proposal released
  • Proof of insurance
  • Copies of business licenses, corporate registrations, professional licenses, etc.
  • Financials if needed
  • Necessary forms requested through the proposal
  • Any collateral materials

These are just a few of the documents that may be requested.
