Culture?

• A week of giving back signifies culture. On its final day of its Week of Service Dev Technology Group, Inc. supported Food for Others, packing 150 Power Packs – over 463lbs of food. The power packs provide weekend meals for students in Fairfax County who are experiencing food insecurity. ?

• Nava publicly launched its 2024 Public Benefit Report, which outlines efforts to improve every level of public service delivery!?

• As a remote team Ad Hoc LLC hosted a meetup in NYC with members of its executive leadership team and folks from the area for co-working, connection, and fun.?

• It doesn’t take a lot… sometimes it just takes a pause from the work. This Halloween, the D&G Solutions team got into the spirit with a pumpkin carving and decorating contest! ?

• Summit Consulting, LLC ’s Wellness Committee also brought together in-office and remote staff for a fun-filled pumpkin carving event!?

• Bravium Consulting Inc. ’s Fall Fitness Challenge saw the team motivating each other to stay active—whether it’s a refreshing walk outdoors, training for a marathon, or anything in between, sharing photos out on their walks, soaking up the season while getting those steps in!

• CVP (Customer Value Partners) 's DC office transformed into a Halloween celebration, bringing together everyone from a court of fairytale princesses to The Grim Reaper for an annual Halloween costume lunch. Alongside the fun, the group collected two more full boxes of food donations for its October food drive, bringing the month-long contribution to Food for Others to almost 90 lbs. of employee-donated food!?

Giving Back?

• The Elias & Sultana Foundation is supporting First Fruits Farm, Inc., committed to tackling food insecurity by providing communities with access to fresh, nutritious food through meaningful agricultural experiences. E&S is dedicated to offering financial support, organizing volunteer events and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. ?

• Dev Technology Group, Inc. sponsored the 2024 Crossfield Elementary School Fun Run. Event contributions go towards school renovation and improvements.?

• LMI ’s Women’s Forum, Minority Ethnicities, and Disability employee resource groups (ERGs) hosted a collection drive in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in collaboration with The Step Sisters organization (Northern Virginia-based).?

• Index Analytics LLC helped bring some Halloween spirit to one of its elementary school partners, donating funds to help purchase Halloween costumes for young students and to bring some joy to their classrooms!?

• MicroHealth LLC is collecting food donations and you can get involved! Donate with a click! ?? Every click counts towards a fuller pantry for those in need.?
