The group will next hit the road to Atlanta looking to foster meaningful connections and collaboration as it continues to grow together.?

• With the cold in recent days, we can’t help but sharing that Bart & Associates, Inc. employees (and their pets! ??) are getting cozy with their B&A Sherpa blankets they were gifted this season.?

• Alpha Omega holds over 767 certifications—that’s more certifications than employees! This milestone reflects an unwavering commitment to upskilling, empowering its team with cutting-edge expertise, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation and is delivered through its #TalentEDGE program.?

• RIVA Solutions, Inc. offers employees the flexibility of remote work and adaptable schedules to support work-life balance. Once a month the local Growth Team comes together at the RIVA Ranch for collaboration, connection, and, of course, lunch!?? ?

• OneZero Solutions hosted its biannual town hall, bringing together employees both locally at its headquarters in Alexandria, VA and virtually for an inspiring and engaging session that included recognizing outstanding employees for their contributions and hosting an open Q&A to foster dialogue and collaboration.?

• Trilogy Federal is another team that gets holiday parties don’t have to add to December burdens. The team got together just this month mingling in the warm, rustic dining room of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and listening to some fabulous live music. ?

• On Martin Luther King Jr Day, Allegis Group leaders worked with Second Chance, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides people, materials and the environment a second chance, an initiative focused on creating opportunity and investing in people through professional development.?
