I had a call with a suspect yesterday who believes the best person to write the copy is himself. I agreed with him to an extent. But I then told him the truth, and I could tell he didn't like it. His copy isn't bad. Decent. But there's a lot of work left to do and he doesn't know how to improve the copy because he has no background in it, Cory Molloy. Most businesses would thrive with better copy like you said, but most don't realize they need it.
