"I’m a very simple, straightforward guy, and so is BRS’s corporate culture. If I’m under-performing, I’ll fix it. If I’m doing well, I’d like to be rewarded appropriately and receive proper recognition. I work hard but play hard too.
The way I see it, you don’t need prior recruitment experience at BRS to see success. If you have undeniable work ethics, you’re willing to learn, and you genuinely enjoy helping people make life changing decisions, then success is just a matter of time. Even if you are new to the industry and don’t know your left from your right, your colleagues and managers will provide the guidance and support necessary to establish ground.
Since joining, I've learned through my managers that being a recruiter means being a master communicator. A successful recruiter understands the psychology of their clients and candidates. They know when and how to deliver news. They recognize the massive impact carefully worded remarks can have on the outcomes of who they help. My managers are all very skilled, with so much to take away from.
I’d say, BRS is an ideal workplace for anyone like myself."
