The GOP 2024 emphasized sovereignty, transparency, and working-class questioning of the military-industrial complex (MIC) Pres. Eisenhower's era
The GOP 2024 Emphasized Sovereignty
The GOP 2024 emphasized sovereignty. This means fair trade and reciprocal relationships, not free trade and wage suppression. Free trade also known as "classical liberalism" an economic model.
Also, transparency security measures to make sure only US citizens can vote, e.g., voter ID.?Working-class benefits like no taxes on tips and overtime while questioning the military-industrial complex (MIC). Overall, the political shift leaned towards the American center/center-left, similar to President. Eisenhower's era, which was not far right but just about right for its time. As the saying goes, history might not repeat itself but it rhymes.
Yes, I know that President Trump, e.g., Rodney Dangerfield type, Donald Trump from Jamaica Queens, NYC, a little rough around the edges, and Eisenhower have very different personalities.?
Let's not forget that President Nixon ended the Vietnam War (1965-1975) with "Peace with Honor" and also ended the draft. President Reagan concluded the Cold War (1946-1991) with a whimper, not a bang: "A Good Defense is a Good Offense."
The Bridge Economic Factor
To be an independent country, you must be able to build your own bridge independently. This means having access to natural resources and a skilled labour force, including tradespeople and engineers, to accomplish the task.
Trump's Victory in the Popular Vote this time around and the Border Crisis amongst African Americans and Latinos
The crisis at the border involving Latino and African American communities highlights pressing issues that played a significant role in Trump's victory in the popular vote during this election cycle. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for addressing the concerns of diverse populations and navigating America's future.
The progressive elite of Martha's Vineyard, the progressive plutocratic woke, appears to be ignoring the border crisis, despite the fact that it is a significant concern for regular Americans, particularly in the most vulnerable neighbourhoods in the country. Democrats support solutions, but they don't want to face the repercussions in their own communities.
"Any Good Prosecutor can get a Grand Jury to Indict a Ham Sandwich" Sol Wachtler
With President Trump's administration, the Department of Justice, along with various federal entities across the nation, allegedly conspired to undermine the integrity of the justice system. Knowing full well that these rulings would all be overturned legal rulings on appeal. These acts constitute election interference and are, in fact, illegal—reminiscent of practices commonly found in a banana republic. In numerous instances, these actions infringed upon President Trump’s fundamental constitutional rights. It is important to note that President Trump was never a convicted felon; for such a conviction to occur, sentencing would have been necessary, which did not take place. Many of these cases now seem to be dismissed. The American public, guided by their moral compass, recognized the illegitimacy of these actions and expressed their discontent with a political system attempting to dictate who could or could not appear on the ballot.
NATO's Hitler Defense Budget of 2%
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and especially Western Europe should find it straightforward to allocate 2% of their budgets to counter Putin if they truly consider him a greater threat than Hitler. Like the European Economic Community (EU), they are often perceived as filled with overpaid bureaucrats, primarily based in Brussels rather than in Kyiv/Kiev.
