Now, the staff at every level throughout the organization are experiencing cognitive dissonances on a massive scale that have spilled out into public view.?
Burn, Baby, Burn

Leadership's actions and communications have fueled the disconnect. The mixed messages about priorities and a lack of transparency around the AI transformation strategy have muddied the company's purpose.?
To the outside world, Google appears to be stumbling in its efforts to keep pace with competitors like OpenAI and Microsoft.
