Starting July 5, 2024, Google Search is taking the FINAL step in our journey to mobile-first indexing! ???? The mobile Googlebot will now handle the remaining few websites we've been crawling with the desktop Googlebot. Most sites are already mobile-friendly, so no worries for most of you! ????

• Almost all sites are now indexed by a smartphone crawler.
• A small set of sites will transition from desktop to mobile crawling.
• Simplifies debugging issues related to device types.
