Google : Technology that understands you

Today we all are always mesmerized by the growth of technology for the general public. May it be touch screen, smart watches or virtual reality. But over the period of time I have realized technology is worthy enough if it has the human touch. Robots still seem to be a distant dream but big tech companies seem to be working towards the goal.
Currently, a lot of big and small players are spending big bucks on innovation. Start-ups are also contributing in their on way. For any innovation to happen it has to be simple for the end users. And their are a few of them who doesn't believe in making something extra-ordinary but in creating something stupidly simple. And that is what matters the most!!!
Two such big names that come to my mind are Apple & Google. Their are a debates on Android vs. iOS, Google Vs. Apple. But for me (specially in last few years) it has been Google all the way.
# Rise and Rall of Apple.
For our generation, one of the biggest innovator and motivator has been Mr. Steve Jobs. Apple was always a company coming out with something new. iPod was a revolution which changed the entire outlook towards the music industry. The device looked sleeker, portable, sexier and much more than any other portable devices available in the market. iPhone fascinated most of because of the touch screen(One of its Kind). These products did got the eyes rolling. Apple products were the most awaited products across the world. We could not afford it but were fascinated by the product. But somehow the innovations have dried out in last couple of years. They seem to be working like a usual tech based company just releasing their over priced products year on year.
I would not debate on the quality & the look of the product. They do stand out with that but that is not what Apple stood for! or what Steve Jobs stood for!
One cannot just keep on releasing the latest version of mobiles, tablets with a few changes. As a tech savvy I don't want to see the similar products every year. I do expect something extraordinary, may not be on an yearly basis but definitely on a regular basis.
Google has been one such company. Coming up with wide varieties of services, products. The growth of Google and its services are the perfect example of having the human touch.
Google has been a part of every individuals life. The consistent growth of the Google over the period of time has been one such proof. The search engine has the answer to every question. Any report, any study, any video or anything for that matter has a part of Google in it. Used across all the platforms, all devices, it is a perfect example of how Google is a part of every life.
And Google has grown from just a search engine to being a part of your daily routine. Android, Google Maps, Google calendar, Nexus devices, YouTube, Chromecast and the list continues.
Google has taken care of everyone, from personal to commercial aspect every need is catered by Google.
#Google : Your personal assistant.
Android gives you an easy to use mobile platform, Youtube gives accessibility to any video across the world, contact could be synchronized to any device, you plan your day, month, year. Set your goals/reminders let the google remind you. Google even shows you the news , videos etc depending on your past searches, likes, downloads etc.
Google news and YouTube videos on my personal devices always shows results around technology development, cinema, sports(cricket in specific). Google Maps doesn't only help me with the distances and location searches but it also helps me save maps of the locality I want, helps me go back to my timeline and shows me where all did I travel. Google does know me very well.
But for the personal users one of the biggest developments has been Google Photos. They have simplified the concept of photo collection. I still remember my father collecting photographs in the photo albums and arranging them year wise, occasion wise, area wise etc. Google photo does all of this and more, to the extent, it even creates animations, videos, travel diaries for future references.
And with the development of virtual reality, gaming and viewing videos are much better. Google by far has been the perfect personal assistant for me.
#Google : Get the commercial Boost
Google has been assisting you not only on the personal front but is also a business booster. You can help your business improve using google or can even setup your business using google.
Improving your visibility on search engine is important. Having only a website does not help. Google uses it's Google Plus for the same. If you have website Google Plus helps you promote it if you don't Google Plus becomes a website for you.
But the biggest money making machine for Google and Business owners across the world is Google AdWords. Google came with a concept which is primitive but they gave advertisement a new dimension to ads, may be on the search engine or showing the videos as ads. Today their is an entire science behind AdWords which is now also been followed on all the social media forums, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads etc.
This is where Google saw an opportunity for the marketeers to have a business model setup. Across the world are marketing people who have made an entire business out of AdWords. Google Trusted Agencies across the world help various businesses to get their AdWords on Google, YouTube and Google Trusted Network. Today biggest of the organisations from telecom to technology, film promotion to sporting events every kind of business, any size of business today uses Google to promote their products & services.
Overall Google has come up a long way with it's latest developments in Virtual Reality, Google Glasses, providing a platform to Mobile manufacturers etc. Google's DNA helps them innovate new things and believe in making the life of people around the globe easier. Google does stand by what it believes in and hope it continues with the good work.
