Positive: Professionalism We would like to extend our genuine appreciation for the best agent we have ever had to Robin Azarcon. Let us explain. Robin has demonstrated great knowledge in what he does and he did not shy away in providing us his insights and opinions both from a personal and professional perspective. This really helped us a lot in identifying what we as a couple want to attain and/or prioritize in finding the "right home." I personally appreciate this trait as I have encountered agents before where they leaned towards a passive approach in just staying agreeable with their client to make a quick sale. Robin made us reflect and challenged our questions/decisions which ultimately led us to the 'right home' we now have. For this, Mario Daniel Sconza & Partners should be proud to have Robin in their team, acting nothing less than the company's high standard for customer service. Not to mention, all of the above plus the fact that Robin remained patient, flexible, accommodating, and understanding all simultaneously. We dedicated one full day for house visits and not once did we see Robin show any exhaustion, un-excitement, disinterest, or any sort of negativity. He remained focused on us and had no divided attention throughout the process – even though we told him to take his calls/emails etc.!! What a true, genuine agent.
