You have to find a job simple.

A resume is your tool, so make it top-class so companies can’t ignore you.

How to make it?

My simple recipe is,

1. Don’t have a resume listing your experience and education as you have now. and
2. Make your resume talks to hiring managers.

The resume will be interesting when you tell stories.

Let me explain.

Your resume has achievements,

“Champion: City Roads Development Category, BRACathon 2015 [Hackathon – Technology for social good].”

Good point.

I will write a headline

“Does (Company Name) want to add a Champion developer Shabab Khan to the team.”

This headline is on top.

Then start experience with

“Champion:

I was part of the Hackathon for social good at City Road Development Catagory, BRACathon 2015.

I developed an android app?FixMyStreet?………………..”

Then put all experiences and education.

You must make your resume interesting to the recruiter and hiring manager. You can do it with two things.

1. Tell upfront to HR Managers what you contribute to them?

2. Tell your experience with success stories because HR managers look for achievements and action-takers.

Resume must have

• Headline
• Stories and
• Title
