Google My Business Video Size Rules
Since at least early 2018 Google has allowed business owners to upload VIDEO to their 'Google My Business' account. Prior to this change only images were allowed in this same space.
TL;DR: max of 30 seconds, under 100 megabytes, 4K allowed.
Google My Business is also known as a Google Business Profile, and is what others see when Googling your business [hopefully]. I had a hard time tracking down the video rules and specifications, so I hope others find this article valuable.
Although your mileage may vary, the parameters for posted video content are:
- Video length must be 30 seconds or less.
- Video size must be under 100 megabytes.
- Footage can be up to 4K (3840 x 2160). If you can push the resolution further, please mention it in the comments.
Have fun but remember that posting a low-quality video can be worse for your brand than posting no video content at all. So go with images if you do not have quality video content, i.e. just something from a smartphone. Posting high-resolution photos may suit your needs until you are able to upload a professionally produced and edited video that represents your business.

5 年***** this is something that appears to have changed.? 100 megabytes is no longer working.? Under 75 megs seems to be the new maximum file size allowed.? 30 second limit still applies.??
