Google My Business is Removing Distance Based Service Areas

As per the Google Update dated 3rd September 2019, Google My Business announced to all those business listings who are into providing their services to customer doors i.e. Service-area Businesses that such businesses who are based on a distance will now be automatically converted to their closest area name or their nearest Pin Code.

All such service area businesses must be seeing an update notification in the top right when they login to their Google My Business account. If they wish to change the auto-converted local area zip code or address they have to manually log into their Google My Business Account and have to change the settings accordingly.
