Aproval under PLI Scheme:

In the last few years, the company and its subsidiaries/JVs have received approvals under the PLI scheme for five segments -mobile phones, lightning, telecom and networking products, inverter controller boards for air conditioners and IT hardware.

Contract Agreement

1. In Apr'23, Company's WoS, Padget Electronics Pvt Ltd has entered into an Agreement with Longcheer Mobile India Pvt Ltd (“Longcheer”) and has commenced production/ manufacturing and sale of smart phones for large global brands with Longcheer’s design and technology.

2. In Feb'23, Padget Electronics Pvt Ltd has entered into a Contract Manufacturing Agreement with Compal Smart Device India Pvt Ltd (“Compal”) for manufacturing of mobile phones for Compal and its designated customers.
