Google Drive, a backup solution for individual, small, medium and big enterprises by Emmanuel

Google Drive is free online storage provided by Google. Google Drive has three plans.

1.      15GB Plan: By default, it is free and the storage capacity is 15GB

2.      100GB Plan: The storage capacity is 100GB and it will cost users N3,900.00 yearly to retain the storage.

3.      1TB Plan: The storage capacity is 1TB and it will cost the user N19,900.00 yearly to retain the storage.

Google drives can be used to store important information, files, video, pictures and so on. Benefits of Google Drive includes, easy sharing of files or pictures online, ability to backup your important files, availability of google drive app to manage and even backup your important files, send larges file between colleagues, and ability to search for files or pictures.

How to setup Google Drive Account?

To do this you must follow the following steps:

1.      Create a google email.

2.      Sign in and by the top right corner you will see a collection of boxes. Click it and other google products will show.

3.      Click on Google Drive and another browser page will open which takes you into the drive. You can right click and create as many folders as you want. And there after you can right click and start uploading the files.

4.      This also can be done using the app. All you need to do is to sign into Gmail on the phone. Download google drive from google playstore and open it. You will be able to manage your folders and create new ones.  

Google Drive is here and it will help businesses by keeping those important files you can’t afford to lose. Google is the way to go when it comes to cloud storage.
