Google Ads in 2023 - This BRAND NEW Strategy Will Explode Your Sales

If you want to successfully market your business online, there's really only one place you need to be: EVERYWHERE!

What if I told you that there is a brand-new, really simple technique to automatically appear everywhere on the internet in front of the correct audience at the right time without having to become some sort of Guru-level ad master before you become overwhelmed?

This post will explain why having a strong online presence is essential for turning more leads into paying customers and clients, as well as a brand-new technique that not only makes this process simple but also highly effective.

You may have heard the adage that it takes the average person seven interactions with a company before they become a paying customer. Dr. Jeffrey Land popularized this idea in his ground-breaking book, "Money Making Marketing," which has the best-looking 1987 cover ever. He called this idea the "rule of seven," and while it was sound advice at the time, it wasn't exactly groundbreaking.

Now that individuals have a lot more options and are constantly bombarded with marketing messages, the idea has changed significantly over the past 35 years. As a result, the seven touchpoints you originally needed have increased to more than 21.

Being everywhere is essential since people need to see you three times as frequently these days. However, time and money are scarce resources, so how can you quickly become omnipresent and reap the benefits of being everywhere without spending a fortune?

The geniuses at Google, however, have already found a solution, as seen by the recent launch of their brand-new campaign type called Performance Max.

Performance Max is a brand-new goal-based campaign type whose primary purpose is, as the name suggests, to maximize performance. More specifically, it focuses on enhancing Google ad campaign performance to boost conversions.

When you think of Google advertisements, you probably think of search ads, right? You know if someone searches for a business like yours on Google, and you can pay to be first, which is wonderful, but if we can pull up our scoreboard, that's exactly one touch point accounted for.

What about the rest? When you run a performance Max campaign, you'll be able to use search advertising, but it will also provide you access to additional audiences that Google's AI believes will convert well for you across all of its ad channels, such as:

YouTube displays are those advertisements you see on blog articles and other websites such as Discover, Gmail, and Maps because let's face it, Google knows a ton about you based on your searches, visits to websites, where you go physically, and the YouTube movies you watch.

I wonder what this one says about you. All you need to do is give Google your goal, your budget, some targeting information, and some creative assets so they can mix and match them in whatever way they think will convert for each person on each platform. All those insights are what allow Google to so accurately predict who will be most likely to convert for you even when they don't specifically search for it.

The really cool thing is that Google learns what works best through machine learning, basically figuring out the patterns and automating the best sequence of touch points your customers need to go through before ultimately converting into customers or clients. In other words, it should automatically get better and more profitable the more you use it. This worked out really well for Fertility clinic HRC; they began running performance Max ads in February 2022, and as a result, they saw an 80% increase in leads at a much cheaper cost of 35 dollars each compared to the 140 dollars each they were getting from standard Google ads?

So how do you get started using performance Max ads well the first thing you need to figure out?

The goal of your campaign So currently you've got three options for sales that are?

  • If you're selling an e-commerce product on your site leads?
  • If you're more of a service business
  • If you're trying to get more clients and local store visits so that's if you have a physical brick-and-mortar location and this goal is what Google is going to try to optimize for you?

The next step is to determine your Budget and Bidding Strategy, and for that, you have two options: either you want to maximize conversions or you want to set a target cost per conversion.

Then, since you're not just making one ad here, you need to give Google all the Creative Assets it will need to work with.

In a sense, you're providing them with all the tools they need to combine numerous advertisements that will be most effective for different target audiences in various locations.

Here's what you'll need to give them:

  • You need three to five different headlines?
  • One to five longer headlines?
  • Two to five descriptions?
  • Three to twenty images in various sizes and dimensions they'll tell you exactly what sizes and shapes they need
  • Your logo?
  • Up to five over 10 long videos for YouTube ads?
  • Call to Action text you'll just select the most appropriate one from a list think of this as basically giving the world's best poker player all the cards that they can play however will help them win the pot and in this case, he just so happens to be playing for you?

In case you're at all skeptical about this being any different than your typical Google campaign search, Kasim Aslam is a YouTuber who runs Solution 8, a paid advertising agency, and he famously isn't a Google fan. Go watch literally any video on his channel. He said, “It's nothing but us bitching about how horrible Google is, how you can't trust them, and how all the features are crap, Google ads began, and then features began to be taken away, and they never gave, they only took.”?

Now this next step is optional which is setting up your Targeting Audience it's a really good way to help get Google started out on the right foot so you can choose basic demographic information things as age location and gender?

You can even upload a list of your customers with their contact information and email addresses to help Google locate more individuals who are interested in what you're selling and show them your advertising. By doing this, you can target people who are truly in the market for whatever it is you're selling.

Therefore, if you are familiar with Facebook advertisements, this may sound familiar to you. It is a really effective technique to target your top prospects and is quite similar to what Facebook refers to as "look-alike audiences." It's important to note that while Google is the internet and Facebook is an app, your website won't be able to handle the traffic that a Performance Max campaign would bring if it isn't prepared for it. You'll just be wasting your money

That’s it for today, Thank you for taking the time to read this. Stay tuned for more amazing information
