Dear Mr. Harrison, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of response and professional courtesy demonstrated by one of your managers. Despite numerous attempts to contact Annette regarding a notice I received about replacing a dead tree in the Grayson Residential Community, I have yet to receive a response. An arborist has advised that the tree should be left until spring for a more successful replacement. This lack of communication is not an isolated incident. Previously, I have reported issues such as oil stains on our streets caused by long-term parking of disabled vehicles by renters. These issues remain unresolved, further demonstrating a pattern of inadequate response from the HOA. Given these ongoing problems and my past experiences, I am compelled to escalate this matter. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and, if necessary, will consider involving the Attorney General's office and seeking legal counsel. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to these concerns to ensure that the HOA fulfills its role in assisting the board in maintaining the neighborhood. Y’all work in silos. I have suggested to my community manager and director that collaboration across the departments would be great all around. Why bother with AI if it takes a week to get an answer from the “vendor”, “accounting” , etc department,. Our community manager is great but everything takes forever ????♀?
