Exporting goods can be a complex and challenging process, and one of the biggest concern for business owners who are engaged in international trade is the damage that can occur to their products during transit.
?Export boxes, which are specially designed to protect the goods during shipping, are often the first line of defense against damage.?
However, despite their best efforts, unfortunately many business owners are still experiencing problems with export box damaging.
We had a problem with our a client from England regarding goods with?transport company
We shipped the goods as 25 boxes with truck and there is not any?problem with goods.
Also, we are following the goods via tracking Id too. and no problems insight.?
As a committed company that follow process of export with our clients we send an email asking if the goods were in the warehouse, we've told that that the transport company left the good in rain outside and some boxes got wet which was not understood by the client and strange behaviour of the logistic company.
How will you solve this issue on 4 step?
*controling the goods
*take pictures damage products and take notes on delivery documents
*share them with the export company
*?f they are in charge with logistic let them get a refund of damages or ask for solution
* in case the logistic company was charged by the client. get in contact and ask for a refund or solution.
