A note from Alex,
Hi,
Almost March already - how did that happen?
I'm starting off with some exciting news - the Work Happy Podcast is coming back! I've been busy recording with some brilliant guests and I've got some great conversations to share with you on internal comms, change management, employer branding, and lots more. Here's me and Martin in the studio earlier in February getting ready to chat about all things Viva.
If you missed the first two seasons, you can listen here.
Aside from that, we're talking about how to stop your intranet from failing, what to expect from our UX services, and what the end of Yammer means. So keep reading to find out more.

Martin's Corner
Updates, useful tips and new things from Microsoft 365 to help you Work Happy, with Silicon Reef's Principal Consultant, Martin Day.
Viva Engage
The biggest announcement from Microsoft last month was Viva Engage and Yammer. In short, the Yammer brand is retiring. Everything Yammer will be re-branded as Viva Engage. We'll be talking more about what this means as the changes roll out - so let us know if you have any particular concerns or queries you'd like us to address.
Teams Premium
Teams Premium is now generally available. What's the difference? The notable differences lie in the meetings experience. Teams Premium uses clever things like AI to make meetings more intelligent, secure and personalised. Microsoft are trying to reduce the need for expensive add-ons - so if you're paying for Teams and additional meeting tools, Premium could be for you.
Playlists
Microsoft have introduced Playlists as an easy way to curate and share video or audio collections within Microsoft 365. Playlists can currently be created in Stream, or via Lists. Being able to display Playlists on SharePoint pages is on the roadmap - as is getting notifications for Playlists you're subscribed to. We'll keep you posted.
