Goodbye Transcom

Dear colleagues and LinkedIn community,

After more than five incredible years at Transcom , I took the difficult decision to resign as Chief Technology Officer a few months ago. I’m handing in my badge as this is published. It has been an honor and privilege to lead our technology team and contribute to the growth and transformation of Transcom. ??

The most remarkable thing about Transcom is its people, and I’m tagging a bunch of people below that I've been working a lot with, some of which have really inspired me helped me grow to become a better leader and person. I should, in addition, give a special shout-out to Michael Weinreich , Altor Equity Partners and Mattias Holmstrom who brought me onboard back in 2018!?

During my tenure, we achieved some remarkable milestones that I'm incredibly proud of. Here are some key accomplishments that highlight the amazing progress we've made:

• Pioneered Generative AI in close partnership with 谷歌 , delivering bleeding edge solutions and thought leadership to our clients.
• Developed and operationalized a complete digital portfolio of products and services to be very competitive in a fast paced CX environment.
• Created a group wide data lake on cloud to feed BI, analytics - and which has been an incredible asset for all Generative AI projects.
• Built a reputation and track record of being an innovative, fast paced, modern and inspirational tech employer, most obviously displayed at the amazing Tech Hub in Zagreb that we established over the last few years, but it’s really evident in all of our locations!?
• Transformed and modernized core infrastructure to dramatically improve operational stability and security - now displaying rock solid performance, reliability, compliance and maintaining certifications.?
• Successfully delivered on the massive Covid 19 challenge, moving our workforce from contact centers to WAH in record time while preserving quality of service and security.
• Developed a financial model for IT that provides excellent transparency and control for stakeholders, equipping the organization with the right data to take the right decisions. Consistently over performed vs financial targets over the years, delivering significantly more innovation with preserved IT cost levels.
• Dramatically improved industry analyst ratings taking Transcom from being “Transcom who?” to now being regarded as a “Digital Leader” and “Disruptor” in the very top tiers of different industry analyst ratings across the board.
• ...and a lot more.

I am so grateful for the support and collaboration with my team, colleagues, and partners. None of this would have been possible without your dedication, hard work and partnership. I bring many great friendships with me, and Transcom will always have a special place in my heart! ??

The Transcom team has a unique ability to continuously evolve and I wish my successor Sandra Kujund?i? Dra?kovi? and her fab team all the best on the next part of the journey as she picks up where I leave off as the new CIO. I will follow you all closely and always remain a supporter! ??

I'm excited about the next chapter in my career, and look forward to staying connected with this vibrant LinkedIn community. I’m stepping out into the great unknown, and will for now help companies transform and investors grow their portfolio as an Executive and Board Advisor in my own consulting business called Mountainflow AB.
