Goodbye Summer Laziness, Hello Fresh Energy!

Hi friends,
You might have noticed (or not) that I have taken a break during summer (in Europe) from writing articles, creating and curating content for this newsletter, and updating my website, among other things.
The reason is that there is no reason. I could try to find all the justifications and excellent explanations, but I have to be honest: I wasn't just feeling like writing something. Not because I don't like it, quite the contrary. Reflecting back, I think I was suffering from a "Summer laziness". If that's an actual thing, of course. If it's not, I just invented something new! Is this what we call disruption? LOL
But yes, I'm back and full of energy! To celebrate that, I have picked up some articles and a not-so-new book I read during summer that I found great.
Hope you enjoy this month's issue.

P.S.: Do you have an article or a book recommendation you think should feature in next month’s edition? Or perhaps you'd like to write an article to be featured in our not-newsletter or on the uncleeduardo.com webpage? Drop me a line at [email protected]—I’d love to hear from you!

The Low-Performance Culture and Why Companies Foster It - Without Being Aware
Is your company fostering a low-performance culture without realizing it? My latest article explores how subtle, often unnoticed behaviors create environments where employees feel disempowered and disengaged.
Much like aviation accidents require a combination of factors, a low-performance culture often results from multiple issues, such as micromanagement, lack of clear goals, and rigid hierarchies. Learn how to identify and break free from these patterns to build a high-performance culture where innovation can thrive.

Digital Twins Can Help You Make Better Strategic Decisions
Digital twins and Agile have been great allies in recent years for product development. Particularly in hardware development, digital twins can be a game-changer. By creating virtual models, companies can avoid the costly process of building physical prototypes, offering more flexibility, faster validation, and scalability.
Digital Twins Can Help You Make Better Strategic Decisions: Digital twins, virtual models replicating physical objects or processes, are transforming how businesses make strategic decisions. By integrating real-time data, simulations, and predictive analytics, digital twins allow companies to anticipate challenges, optimize performance, and explore "what-if" scenarios. In the article, you’ll find real-world examples that show how digital twins are helping companies reduce risk, make better decisions, and fuel innovation. As this technology continues to evolve, I believe it’s becoming a crucial tool for bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds—allowing businesses to plan faster and more intelligently than ever before.
What is product marketing?
Recently, I’ve been diving deep into Product Marketing, and I’m truly impressed by how crucial this role has become in organizations transitioning to a product-driven approach.
Product marketing is vital for getting products to market and ensuring they succeed. From crafting messaging and positioning to enabling sales and gathering customer insights, product marketers bridge the gap between teams to align products with market needs and drive adoption.
Their responsibilities range from managing product launches to positioning and messaging. Ultimately, product marketers ensure that products meet customer demands, making them indispensable in today’s product-driven organizations.
From Your AI Friend - UncleAIduardo
Every month, I engage with UncleAIduardo (a custom GPT) by asking "him" about a critical yet often misunderstood Agile practice concept. The way that I do this is to ask "him" to explain the idea like the explanation was to be done to a 10 years-old kid.
This month, I was triggered by an excellent discussion during a Product Management class: What is an MVP? Here's his insightful response...

Book of the Month
I didn’t pick up this book until two months ago—why? I don’t even know. Maybe the stars just weren’t aligned. But now that I have, I can tell you: It was a blast. From page one to the very last, it's packed with lessons you can use every day.
Now, I'm a big reader, but I need a book to grab me from the start. This one hooked me with:
“The best way to create value in the twenty-first century is to connect creativity with technology.”
Sound familiar? Yep, Steve Jobs: The Exclusive Biography by Walter Isaacson. Nailed it.
No spoilers from me—but trust me: You need to read it.
You're welcome! ??
Yours,
