Goodbye from TWIWM
After more than 100 editions of TWIWM attracting over 2,350 much-appreciated subscribers, I've decided to invest the time and work elsewhere.
I came to the decision over the holidays after thinking carefully about the challenges with this medium for a newsletter and the finite time that is available in the course of the day as the Financial Planning team strives to keep up with all the news across wealth management. While it has been a privilege to showcase our work over these past several years, I'm trying to think of different and more effective ways to beam it out on social media.
Social timelines and email in-boxes represent valuable real estate, especially in places where hard-working professionals come to get ahead in their jobs by gaining knowledge of the most significant news and accessing insights on the trends shaping the industry. So I need to do some brainstorming about my best approach and the most effective format.
It's been fun spending this time with you each week and I'm grateful to all of the readers and contributors of Financial Planning whose news stories and views you can use made this into a real newsletter. As I consider how best to show you our work at FP, I would welcome any feedback or suggestions.
