Understanding the Problem: A broken system for #HR data onboarding?

After surveying our customers at length and hearing about their biggest payroll pains and challenges, the team and I uncovered a major theme – namely, an inability to efficiently onboard their HCM and HRIS data.?

This isn’t a new discovery per se, but hearing from our customers and understanding just how much this affects their day-to-day work really brought home that we need to solve this problem for them – and fast.?

Until today, Papaya Global has offered connectors designed to convert data from specific systems, like BambooHR , Workday , and others. And while we’re proud of these products, we knew something was missing. We wanted a solution that would benefit all our customers, regardless of which platforms they use.?

Enter our AI-Based HCM Cloud Connector – which we internally refer to as “the universal remote for data integration.” Here’s what makes this connector unique:?

The traditional onboarding of HR data systems, many of which are based on automatic data processing, can take a year to complete.
