Goodbye 2024 and Welcome to 2025

Goodbye 2024 and Welcome to 2025

In 2024, everyone experienced all kinds of emotions, and I believe I did too. I faced a mix of happiness, sadness, and frustration, just like many others.

The year brought me several achievements that made me very happy.

I successfully worked on three freelance projects, helped 10 individuals with one-on-one Salesforce coaching, and gained 6,400 followers on LinkedIn. I also received over 250 DMs, which gave me a lot of motivation.

On top of that, I got four job offers and earned a good amount of money. These were the bright moments of my year, and I am grateful for them.

But, like every year, 2024 wasn’t without its challenges.

I couldn’t manage my physical and mental health well. Working 16 hours a day sometimes left me feeling completely drained and frustrated.

There were moments when I had to face scolding's from clients because I couldn’t meet their expectations. Social media brought some negativity into my life, which was hard to handle at times.

Personal problems added to the stress. Both of my parents were unwell at the same time, which left me feeling weak and helpless.

It’s tough when your loved ones are sick, and it affects your focus. To add to this, some of my friends left, and losing people you care about is always hard.

I believe I wasn’t the only one who faced such ups and downs. Many people must have gone through similar experiences in 2024.

That’s life.

It’s a mix of emotions—laughter, tears, anger, and sorrow. All these feelings connect us as humans, and we must learn to navigate them.

My Learnings from 2024

  1. Life is short: Believe in what you want to do today. You might face criticism, but if you’re doing what you love, it’s worth it.
  2. People are important: Stay connected with people you’re comfortable with. Some will help you grow professionally, while others will support you personally.
  3. Small gestures matter: Even a short message can boost someone’s confidence.
  4. Focus on what you can control: The job market will always have ups and downs. What matters is your preparation and dedication, not external factors.
  5. Consistency is key: It helps create good habits and builds a stable life.
  6. Family and friends are crucial: Take care of them because they play a big role in your happiness and growth.
  7. Handle criticism wisely: Scolding's are a part of work and life. Don’t take them personally; let go of negativity.
  8. Always give your best: Failures happen when you don’t give 100%. Compete with the top, not the bottom.
  9. Love is important: If you love someone, don’t hesitate to tell them. Regrets about missed chances can be hard to live with.
  10. Focus on your career: Don’t make excuses about the market. Others are getting jobs with good packages, so you can too if you stay determined.

These are the lessons I’ve learned in 2024.

Happy New Year, and I hope 2025 brings you success, happiness, and more opportunities to grow!
