A good time to evaluate your health and fitness lifestyle
When I was a toastmaster after every meeting we would do a general evaluation of the meeting to see what worked, where can we improve and things that we are doing well. Why not do that with our health and fitness lifestyle program? I like to use every three months, a check in to see how am I doing. What are areas that's working and where can I improve. With health and fitness the holy grail is the work is never done. It's about creating beauty with our mind, body and soul every day.
