This week we've pulled out a collection of articles that relate to the role of chitin in growing healthy, resilient plants. Chitin is one of the unique ingredients in Superfly, and is found in the exoskeletons of the insects - The presence of chitin activates natural plant defence mechanisms to protect it from pests and pathogens such as herbivorous insects, nematodes and pathogenic fungi.
