Good pressure point!

Those of you who deal with headaches, dizziness, fatigue, shoulder tension, irritation, asthma, nerve pain etc. due to lowering of air pressure!


I highly recommend the pressure point near the wrist if you want to be relieved of them quickly


It is three finger width below the wrinkles in the wrist, between the two muscles.

With a fair amount of strength slowly press in over five seconds and release over five seconds

Press about seven times in total!
