Good pressure point!

If you hold back your emotions after getting angry or crying, negative energy will pile up in you.

Your liver is what process this negative energy.

But if too much pile up your liver can't process it fast enough and it begins to affect your autonomic nerves.


It can lead to, waking up in the middle of the night, dreaming, headaches, dizziness, upset stomach, etc.

You should shiatsu the pressure point in between the toes as shown in the image.

About three minutes on each side will do??
