"A good plan"

Renowned U.S. Army General George S. Patton once said “A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.” In business vernacular, we soften the expression and call it “developing a bias toward action,” or “being agile.”

No matter how you word it, avoiding bureaucracy and being able to address potential issues quickly is critical. But speed shouldn’t come at the expense of diligence.
