Tips to fall #backtosleep:?

  1. Embrace the burrito life: Wrap yourself toitly in the blanket like a cozy burrito – for extra fillings add pillows!
  2. Count sheepishly: Instead of counting sheep, count all the things you’d rather do than wake up. This will make you embrace your warm bed even more!
  3. Pillow Fortification: Build a pillow fort around yourself to block out any unwanted morning light or noise. Pro-tip: If someone disturbs you, smother them with a pillow.
  4. Master the corpse pose: Stretch out your limbs and perform some sleepy yoga poses. Nama-stay in your bed, my friend.
  5. Conduct a Snorechestra: Practice your best snore sounds and see if you can create a symphony of snores that lulls you back to sleep. Just be sure not to wake up the neighbors!
