Once upon a bhagam-bhag of everyday life, getting a good night’s sleep took a back seat for Indians. No wonder, almost 50% of them were sleep deprived.
Wondering what makes sleep deprivation a desi problem, Wakefit set out to find the bad guys. To find them, Wakefit started looking for red flags. Here’s what we found:
