The power that lies in visioning/imaging is inspiration. Inspiration is a heart-set and it overruns mindset/willpower.

3 年Anyone who has faced a deadline knows intuitively that willpower isn't just like a muscle. That paradigm is nice because it allows us to cut ourselves some slack - but it limits how we see and use it. I'm huge on Gretchen Rubin's 4 Tendencies for response to expectations and Kelly McGonigal's work in The Willpower Instinct on the negative effects of guilt to round out a more full view of willpower. And, of course, Indistractable by Nir Eyal is a must-read! ??
