Good news: you are not alone.

If you are an IT-Service Provider, for sure you have a perception of who you are that may, or may not, be different from what the Market is generally thinking, or perceive you to be.
And that’s fair.
The shortcut to this question is, at times, to have the tendency to indicate you as a “jack of all trades” and simplistically say “our Service Provider do it all for you”, which may lead the Market to believe you are really doing it all by yourself, from Network to Data Analytics, from Security to Application Performance, from IoT to WiFi-Broadband, from Business Consulting to whatever…
And the consequent answer-shortcut to the above scenario is, at most…to make the Market laugh.
However, reality may not be as bad as it seems, and it starts from the one fundamental realization: you are not alone.
As a person, as a professional, as a Social Profile, and ultimately, as a Company:
you are surrounded by several other elements that are at play right where you are and, even more importantly, right at the same time.
In essence, a Service Provider should be in a position to be the best call a Customer should make, to be able and understand the best possible solution to the compelling questions that are out there, revolving around the adoption of new operational models which allow digitization to be made use of, disrupting the existent while keeping the light-on:
that being, alongside with Brand Protection, absolutely still right up in any CxO priority list.
Collect data, Transport it, Store and Process it, Analyze it, Share it and Create new, all Protected with top of class Security solutions and actions is probably at its core of a good Service Provider.
That SP, that Consultant and Sales Representative will rely on internal resources and solutions as much as external ones, to be able to become a true Trusted Advisor to the Market, a True Partner every single professional/person at Customer’s can turn to for wise advise and competent attention.
Prio-1 is and will remain building up a strong relationship with the people populating our Customers, as much as caring for the Partners, internal and external, who are essential to the overall ability to bring benefit to the Market.
