“Once you have mastered a task or project, remind yourself it is not yet truly completed if you are the only individual who knows how to do so.“ Jonathan Tjoa Algreen.
The world we want to experience is one where everyone leads with integrity and embraces living in possibility. Such an experience requires time, thought and dedication as these are the key skills needed by any leader who wishes for their team or group to thrive.
Leadership is the most studied aspect of business and organization because it is the one overarching topic that makes the difference between success and failure. An individual can be a great leader, a great manager, or both, but each area requires the mastery of slightly different skills and competencies.
Good and successful business leaders not only create a vision, they articulate and execute their motives to leverage the best results possible. Leadership is a process by which an executive can direct, guide and influence the behavior and work of others towards accomplishment of specific goals in a given situation.

The more important factor would be how the successful leaders would be able to provide you with a clear and defined approach to how they lead other people.
