Questions of the week:??How did you get the idea of ChatGPT integration in Probench? I have seen some pre-planned work of Microsoft clarity months before. Do you have a method to shortlist your ideas?

How did you get the idea of ChatGPT integration in Probench? I have seen some pre-planned work of Microsoft clarity months before. Do you have a method to shortlist your ideas?
I think the core idea I got was during my meditations.?
The complete idea of the features was a combination of multiple tiny ideas.?
I don't remember when I encountered Microsoft Clarity but I may have seen it someplace online. I wanted to try it out and see, how I can use it. Thus gave the task to add it in our website to check how the 2X formula was getting used. I didn't know I will be using in ChatGPT feature. But I knew it was a good tool (Maybe my experience and judgement). I ideas keep popping up in my meditation, and normally, after 150-200 session there is a state where the magic happens at least for me. It's like the ideas are kept on a plate and presented to you.?
The feature idea has many mixes into it. I am talking to Ajeet, on a regular basis so she was telling me how he is using the ChatGPT and some of the easy implementations the industry is doing. In some of my business podcasts, I think more than 5 different hosts have taken this topic. I have also taken a course of Advance ChatGPT for four weeks to learn more about the internal structure and listen to a fireside chat with leading Indian AI experts.?

I have seen these patterns, I have been consuming about 100 hours of learning per month (conservative estimation from podcasts, audio books, online courses, books etc.) and I have been doing this for the past 18 years the compounding effect of it and repeating some core lessons on ideas. There is a level of judgment that has developed now, You can imagine what 21,600+ hours of learning can do to you. Now over the period of this time, some of my ideas have generated about 70 lakhs (70k GBP approx.) extra annually without anyone doing any additional work. Plus the same idea has the potential to earn us 150K GBP with the same or lesser effort.
The reason I am sharing this story is that it didn't start with that. The first idea I implemented earned us 8400 GBP every year with only 1 hour of work and you can say 21,600 hours of prep :-) I have a name for this "getting things done without lifting a finger" It is a brain muscle you need to keep working on to create ideas that get people excited about it.?
However, the bigger Idea I am testing here is not the implementation of ChatGPT, it was to create a prototype for a new feature using interns, within 1 month at the price of 15K INR. Plus to check if the clients even notice it and play with it if it is within Probench. Because in the past, we have created a stand-alone prototype with a voting system, and we did not get many votes.?
So my primary metric here is how many even click on the ChatGPT page.?
Regarding shortlisting Ideas, I don't do that much. If there is some potential, I start a project or write a blog or delegate it to someone to get it rolling. Sometimes I put it in the draft folder of my email. But I am not so good about that process yet because I have big problems to solve in front of me.?
Let me leave you with another idea that came to me this morning, ChatGPT ready company survey responses. If you got it, great! If not, I will break it down in the coming days.?
