GOOD GROWTH FOR GOOD FUTURE

This Wednesday I was privileged to be a part of a fantastic initiative – the Good Growth event organised by Tata Consultancy Services - UK and Europe .

The initiative is supporting female entrepreneurs and helping women to shine and reach their full potential. Thanks to inspiring people like Priyanka Sethi , Katerina Rabava , Amit Kapur , this so much-needed initiative is thriving and inspiring women in the UK to become innovative and forward-thinking leaders.

I was so impressed with the speech from Sherry Coutu CBE , who outlined the importance of nurturing talent. It is essential for healthy company growth (very close to my heart, of course). Sherry also shared valuable information on how not to fall into the stagnation trap. I was so impressed with Grace Boswood , Lana Tahirly Abdullayeva , Ritu Kiran and Meghan Russell , who shared their vision, stories and useful insights about developing, diversifying and sustaining talent in your organisation.

I was thrilled to share a panel with Delphine Sitbon , whose investment initiatives support meaningful businesses and causes, and Gill Cooke (she/her) , a passionate fighter for diversity and justice.

The event was a great success! I measure success by the reaction from the audience – how their eyes light up, how women comment that they feel braver, more supported and inspired to follow up on their ambitions, how we develop valuable connections and create our support groups.

We should all be cheerleaders for women, and one day, fairness, equality and diversity will enrich our businesses and our lives!
